The document consists of three books: File
On Turkey, Turkey on Torture and Man Hunts in Turkey, published by the
Democratic Resistance organization in 1971-73 and addressed to the
Council of Europe and all human rights organizations. The book also
includes a chapter which brings together leaflets and posters published
by democratic organizations abroad at the time against the military
junta of 1971. Doğan Özgüden's introduction explains in detail how the
democratic resistance was organized in exile at the time, how the four
books that make up the document were produced under difficult
conditions and what they contain.
