Fondation Info-Türk est l'émanation d'un collectif
turco-européen constitué en 1974 dans le but d'informer l'opinion
mondiale tant de la vie sociale, économique, culturelle et politique en
Turquie que des problèmes de l'immigration en provenance de ce pays.
Info-Türk a l'honneur d'avoir publié en Europe le seul périodique bilingue sur la Turquie et ce sans interruption depuis plus de 30 ans. Le collectif a publié également plusieurs livres, brochures, dossiers, disques et cassettes en différentes langues: français, anglais, néerlandais, allemand et turc. Les informations diffusées par Info-Türk depuis un tiers de siècle constituent une véritable chronologie de la répression et les luttes pour la démocratie en Turquie. Dénonçant la violation des droits de l'homme dans ce pays, Info-Türk contribue ainsi aux luttes pour la démocratie en Turquie. Historiquement, Info-Türk est la continuation de deux initiatives précédentes dirigées par ses deux fondateurs, Dogan Özgüden et Inci Tugsavul:
Le collectif Info-Türk s'est transformé en 2003 en une fondation privée. Cette fondation a pour objet de conserver et de valoriser le patrimoine matériel et intellectuel que ses fondateurs ont réalisé en vue de contribuer à la reconnaissance des réalités socio-politiques et culturelles de Turquie ainsi qu'à la promotion socio-culturelle des ressortissants de ce pays, immigrés ou réfugiés en Europe. Les activités principales de la fondation: 1° Classement et informatisation
de tous les documents écrits, imprimés ou audio-visuels, réalisés ou
acquis par ses fondateurs;
2° Diffusion permanente des informations actuelles relatives à la défense des droits de l'Homme et à la démocratisation de la vie sociale, culturelle et politique en Turquie; 3° Organisation d’activités ou concours pouvant contribuer à la réalisation de son objectif. En plus de ses publications et activités d'information, Info-Türk a également organisé une série d'activités socio-culturelles pour des immigrants en Belgique comme des cours de langue, formation socio-professionnelle, ateliers créatifs et école de devoirs et fait partie de plusieurs initiatives démocratiques dans la lutte contre le racisme et la xénophobie. Toutes ces activités et services sont regroupés au sein d'une organisation interculturelle indépendante: les Ateliers du Soleil.  AVIS
IMPORTANT
Certains groupes au service de l'Etat turc ont récemment lancé des pages Internet avec des adresses semblables à celle d'Info-Turk. Il s'agit d'une nouvelle tentative du régime d'Ankara qui a depuis trois décennies utilisé tous les moyens odieux pour étouffer notre libre voix. Info-Turk n'a aucune relation avec ces groupes et est résolu de contribuer, malgré tout, à la défense des droits de l'homme en Turquie. |

Vakfi, dünya kamuoyunu Türkiye'nin sosyal,
ekonomik ve kültürel gerçeklerinden oldugu kadar bu ülkeden gelen
göçmen ve mültecilerin sorunlari konusunda bilgilendirmek üzere 1974'te
baslatilan bir kollektif girisimin devamidir. Info-Türk, Avrupa'da 30 yili askin
bir süredir Türkiye
üzerine iki dilde kesintisiz yayin yapan tek kurulus olmanin
onurunu
tasiyor. Bunun yanisira, çesitli dillerde - Türkçe, Fransizca,
ingilizce, Almanca
ve Flamanca - birçok da kitap, brosür, dosya, plak ve kaset yayinlamis
bulunuyor. Info-Türk tarafindan süreli ve süresiz yayinlarla verilen haberler ve yorumlar, Türkiye'de yüzyilin üçte birini asan bir süredir uygulanan baskilar ve buna karsi verilen demokratik mücadeleler konusunda gerçek bir kronolojik kaynak olusturuyor. Türkiye'nin
sosyopolitik ve kültürel gerçeklerinin
taninmasina ve bu ülkeden Avrupa'ya gelen göçmen ve mültecilerin
soso-kültürel gelisimine katkida bulunmak amaciyla olusturduklari maddi
ve entellektüel kazanimlarin korunmasi ve degerlendirilmesidir. Vakfin baslica faaliyetleri: 1° Kuruculari
tarafindan gerçeklestirilen veya edinilen
yazili, basili veya isitsel-görsel tüm belgelerin tasnifi ve dijitalize
edilmesi; Yayin ve enformasyon faaliyetlerine ek olarak, Info-Türk aynizamanda Belçika'daki göçmenler ve mülteciler için dil kurslari, sosyal ve mesleki egitim, yaratici atölyeler ve okul ödevlerine yardim gibi birçok sosyo-kültürel faaliyet organize etmis, irkçiliga ve yabanci düsmanligina karsi tüm girisimlerin içinde aktif olarak yeralmistir. Tüm bu faaliyetler ve hizmetler
halen çok kültürlü bagimsiz bir kurulus bünyesinde yürütülmektedir: Günes
Atölyeleri.
Türk Devleti'nin hizmetindeki bazi gruplar son zamanlarda Info-Türk'ün adini çagristiracak Internet sayfalari açmislardir. Bu, onyillardir özgür sesimizi susturmak için en utanç verici yöntemleri kullanmaktan çekinmeyen Ankara rejiminin yeni marifetidir. Info-Türk'ün bu gruplarla hiçbir iliskisi yoktur ve, tüm engellemelere ragmen, Türkiye'de insan haklarinin savunulmasina katkida bulunma kavgamiz devam edecektir. |

The Bulletin Info-Türk was published from November
1976
until
January 1998 only on paper. From February 1998 until October 2001 also
in electronic
edition. Since November 2001 Info-Türk is published only
in
electronic
edition: http://www.info-turk.be This foundation has the aim of preserving and developing the material and intellectual heritage that its founders created in order to contribute to the recognition of socio-political and cultural realities of Turkey and to the socio-cultural promotion of the immigrants and refugees coming from this country to Europe. The foundation's principal activities: 1° Classification and
computerization of
the
written,
printed or audio-visual documents, realized or acquired by its
founders;
2° Diffusion of current information relating to the defense of the human rights and to the democratization of the social, cultural and political life in Turkey; 3° Organisation of activities or competitions which can contribute to the realization of the foundation's aims. In addition to its publications and information activities, Info-Türk has also organized a series of social and cultural activities for immigrants in Belgium such as language courses, social and professionnal training, creative workshops and homework classes, and takes part in many democratic initiatives in struggle against racism and xenophobia. All these activities and services are grouped together
within an
independent
intercultural organisation: Sun Workshops. Few groups in the service of the Turkish State have recently launched Internet pages with addresses similar to Info-Turk's address. This is a new attempt of the Ankara regime that has used over three decades all odious means to silence our free voice. Info-Turk does not have any relation with these groups and is determined to contibute, in spite of all pressures, to the defense of human rights in Turkey . |

Kimyongür pour son travail intitulé "l'impact
des coups d'état militaires de 1971 et 1980 sur l'exode de
Turquie vers
l'étranger". Le jury présidé par Mme Anne Morelli
a remis le prix au
lauréat le 12 mars 2008 lors d’une cérémonie
organisée par quatre
organisations issues de l’émigration politique en provenance
de Turquie, à
l’occasion du 37e anniversaire du coup d’état militaire du 12
mars 1971.
Plusieurs personnalités des milieux politique, académique et associatif étaient présentes à la cérémonie déroulée dans les locaux des Ateliers du Soleil à Bruxelles. Le concours portant sur l’impact des coups d’état militaires sur l’émigration politique avait été lancé en 2006 à l’occasion du 35e anniversaire du coup d’état du 12 mars 1971 en Turquie. Le jury était, sous la présidence de Mme Morelli, composé de M. Josy Dubié (Sénateur), M. Derwich Ferho (président de l'Institut kurde de Bruxelles), M. Nahro Beth-Kinne (directeur de la Radio Voix des Assyriens), M. Bogos Okmen (président de l'Association des Arméniens Démocrates de Belgique) et de M. Dogan Özgüden (président de la fondation Info-Türk). La soirée s'est clôturée par un récital pluriculturel de la chanteuse Sophie Servais.
